Anmeldung & Bezahlung

It is best for our planning if you register as early as possible. However, it is possible to register until to register by 27 July.

Binding. Once you have completed the registration form, we will plan your participation.

Of course, it can happen that someone gets sick_something happens and you can't participate after all. So please cancel in good time. If you cancel after 27 Julyunfortunately, we will not be able to give you a full refund, as we will have already planned the meal and will incur costs.

And yes, there should be a confirmation email showing you what you selected in your registration. If you haven't received one, please check your spam folder! :)

You can select different price categories in the registration form. These are between €200 and €350 for 5 nights and depend on your income. However, if you are only staying for three nights, for example, you will of course pay less. The exact breakdown is:

Income under 1000€ – 200€ // 40€ per night
Income from 1000€ to 1500€ – 250€ // 50€ per night
Income from 1500€ to 2000€ – 300€ // 60€ per night
Income above 2000€ – 350€ // 70€ per night

We know that there is a lot of money. We do not earn anything from the camp, the amount comes from the accommodation and the food.

If you need financial support, you can indicate this on the registration form. We will then get in touch with you and see what is possible. However, as we do not receive any party funding or large donations, our capacities are unfortunately limited.

Awareness on the camp

It is very important to us that all participants in our summer camp feel safe and comfortable. We therefore ask you all to look out for each other and to support and protect each other. As we are politically opposed to any form of oppression such as sexism, racism or queer hostility, we also want to represent this in our dealings with each other.

Be respectful of each other. Nevertheless, we cannot totally avoid the possibility that single people will make racist or sexist statements. If you notice something like this, please intervene immediately and talk to this person. It is the task of each of us to take action against it! Our camp also requires respectful physical contact with one another. So ask for consent and respect the boundaries of others. Only Yes means yes - so ask actively before you do anything.

You can find out more in our Campreader and in materials at the camp.

If there are any problems, there will be an awareness team that will always be available for emergencies.

The awareness team is available for you if you notice offensive behavior at the camp and you cannot address it on your own or if you need urgent help in states of fear and panic or other critical situations.

So don't be afraid to speak to the awareness team if you're not feeling well!

The people will be visible at the camp (e.g. with vests), and there will also be a telephone number that you can call at any time if you can't find anyone.

We try our best. But at the same time, we have to say that the awareness team is not a group of therapists or psychologists and that we cannot and do not want to provide such an offer.

If you are mentally unwell, we can try to find solutions together, but we cannot be the solution.

If you know that you struggle sometimes, please let us know in advance in the registration form. We can then discuss together how we can make your participation as easy as possible and communicate clearly what we can and cannot do. :)

Stay at the camp

We will publish the program in the next few weeks. Would you like to be notified when we publish the entire program? Then follow our Telegram channel. there we will inform you about all important things before & during the camp.

Sure! Whether it's a pub quiz, night hike, short film evening or karaoke: we have a broad cultural program in the evenings. If you have any ideas or would like to organize an event, just write to us at camp[at]arbeiterinnenmacht.de. We look forward to your help and thoughts!

There are three meals a day at relatively fixed times - with vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous options. There is also a kiosk where you can buy snacks and drinks (AND COTTON CANDY!).

If more than 3 children are registered, we will look into organizing professional childcare. In addition, many camp participants are happy to help out. Just write to us in advance and we will clarify at what times you would like help/supervision and what suits you best.

The site itself is - for the most part - wheelchair-friendly. For example, the paths between the houses are paved and there are few obstacles. There are also wheelchair-accessible rooms (with appropriate sanitary facilities) and in some cases the option of care beds.

For more information, just write to us and we'll see if we can find an answer!
