The League for the Fifth International is organising its eighth world congress in mid 2010. As part of our congress discussions we are planning to launch a new manifesto for our organisation. This manifesto is both intended to be a guide to action for the many millions across the planet resisting the economic crisis and the attacks of the capitalists, and as a proposed manifesto for a new Fifth International.
